Shipping costs will be automatically calculated on the checkout page based on the weight of the product.

About Shipping

[Estimated Shipping Date]
After your order is confirmed, we will ship it within 7 days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

*In the case of pre-orders for events or when we are away for an extended period due to event participation, etc., shipping will be after the date specified on the product page and in the cart.
*In the case of pre-orders or shipping after manufacturing, items will be shipped once they are ready.


[Regarding Specifying a Delivery Date]
We apologize, but as shipping is handled by one person, we are unable to accommodate requests such as "Please ship by ○ date." Thank you for your understanding.


[Regarding Orders Returned Due to Unknown Address]
If an order is returned due to an unknown address, we will contact you via email to confirm the correct address and resend the item.
If we do not receive a reply by the deadline, we will cancel the order and refund the product price minus shipping costs.

For orders from outside Japan

Depending on your country or region of residence, customs duties and taxes may apply in addition to the product price and shipping fees.
(We are currently implementing the customs duty calculation function)

商品が届きません

発送通知から一週間以上(国内)経っても届かない場合、
お手数をおかけしますが、注文番号をご記載の上、お問い合わせください。

住所が途切れていることが原因の可能性がありますため、正しいご住所をお伺いします。

間違った商品が入っていました/商品が足りませんでした

大変申し訳ございません。
お手数をおかけしますが、注文番号をご記載の上、お問い合わせください。

なお、無料のステッカーや購入特典のステッカーは注文数に関わらず一注文につき各一枚の同梱となります。

到着日の指定はできますか？

恐れ入りますが「○日までに発送/到着をお願いします」などのリクエストにはお応えできません。
よろしくお願いいたします。

サインや宛名入れなどのリクエストは可能でしょうか？

恐れ入りますがサイン入れは「サイン入り」の商品以外では承ることができません。
また、サイン入り商品への宛名入れ(○○さんへ等)もお受けすることができません。

その他、個別対応はできかねますのでご了承ください。

売り切れの商品の再販はありますか？

「Sold out」という画像になっている商品は再販予定はありません。
それ以外の場合は店舗委託などで一時的な売り切れ状態の場合がありますので、「再入荷お知らせ」機能をぜひお使いいただけますと幸いです。
